"Love sometimes is found in the most unlikely places. My love for Spanish food and culture starts here at this remote restaurant while visiting a castle nearby. Relaxing and peaceful surroundings, amazing staff, great service and most importantly the best olives and jamon I have ever had!!! My meal was heavenly!! Thank you!"

"Querky décor, engaging waitor, home cooking, good wine. The place doesn't really open until 21:00. But for me the late hour and the walk back to my hotel made for a very enjoyable evening. Memorable!"

"Outstanding service and quality of the food. My sons and i ate here twice, both times were high points of our vacation. The suckling pig was perfect. The steaks; price quality were amazing. The owner was so accommodating; being Dutch we eat a few hours earlier than the Spanish and in our ignorance we turned up when the kitchen was closed. ^^. The owner asked the chef who was eating his own meal what would be possible. They made us several excellent traditional meals. Even the young waitress was polite, understanding, skilled and professional. Highly recommended."
